Academic administrator to head financial aid association The $8 million revenue National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators named Dr. Philip R. Day as president and CEO. Day’s career in higher education spans more than three decades and includes presidencies with community colleges in Florida, Massachusetts and Maryland.
